Life without God caused me to stumble and fall all the time. Lack of courage and low self-esteem caused me to give up easily whenever I faced difficulties. Arrogance had caused me not to realize that whatever I had were blessings from God even I had not known Him. Life was so hard for me because whenever I met an obstacle in life, even my family and my best friends could not make me feel better. There were only sorrow and worries in most of the time of my life without God.
After I accepted Jesus Christ and welcomed Him into my life, I learned to pray and experienced His power of love. The power of prayer helps me gain an intimate relationship with God and I learned that Jesus is my real best friend in life. He is always by my side to share my tears and laughter. Whenever I pray and worship Him, I realized that He is so near to me and listening to me. Through His love, He taught me real love, faith, obedience, humility and forgiveness. Today, my life is filled with courage and faith because I know that I am not walking alone but with God.
Since the age of eleven, I was affected by a serious skin disease named eczema. My whole neck, arms, legs and some part of my face were all cover with itchy, red rashes. Huge amount of money had been spent by my parents for medication but in the field of medicine, this is a disease that cannot be cured. However, for God, nothing is impossible. He is an almighty God. He had shown His mercy on me and in just one night, He healed me. Totally healed! Years of pain and suffering are now stopped in just one night. I learned that through love and faith, God is always there to pour down His love and blessing for His children. Thank God and praise God! God loves everyone!
